Eamon Sullivan – the world record-holding swimmer who famously broke up with swim stunner Stephanie Rice just before the Beijing Olympics – has splashed out more than $1.2 million for a Surry Hills terrace in inner city Sydney.
The 23-year-old swimmer bought the four-bedroom terrace, which had been renovated by developers Chris Kreis and his architect sister Nicole Kries, after it passed in at auction through Bresic Whitney Estate Agents.
At least he’ll be close to some of Sydney’s best bars and restaurants – a perfect location for a finely honed six foot, two inch athlete to find his next girlfriend.
