Celebs Inspect French House

Tuesday 8th September 2009

Russell Crowe and even Nicole Kidman are said to have looked at buying a French-government-owned mansion in Sydney’s exclusive Bellevue Hill, which is on the market for more than $15 million.

The estate, known as Le Manoir, is on an acre of land and was used by French Trade Commissioners but is now up for sale.

Not far from the Packer family estate, high on the hill which overlooks Sydney Harbour, a veritable who’s who of celebrities are inspecting the property.

Surrounded by 3-metre high fences, the compound is extremely private and would suit people wanting security and a retreat away from the prying eye of paparazzi.
